Sorry I'm on my phone right now so I can't get onto my other account, but I just wanted to post something I stumbled upon. Mom bought Twinings Adaptogen Detox tea on sale or something and I put some in my drink one day just for flavor. I'm fuzzy on the timeline but at some point after that I had a few days of very little pain. Other symptoms were still strong but the pain was like a 1 or 2 most of the time.
Yesterday I woke up in a lot more pain, mostly body aches with some joint pain. I put a couple of tea bags in my water before heading out and having a very busy day. Sometime in the afternoon I noticed I was having less pain as the day went on. This has never happened to me, my pain always ramps up throughout the day, especially on days like yesterday where I have a lot of work. I went to bed last night in far less pain than when I woke up, and I'm wondering if it might be the tea. I'll update after I experiment a little more. I'm drinking it again today and I can't tell if it's doing much.
Oh, the tea had grapefruit, basil, gotu kola, matcha, mint, and lemon. Does anyone know which ingredients might be responsible for reducing pain?

Hey Gatoroxide!
Gotu Kola, Basil and Mint are all anti-inflammatory. Grapefruit busts cysts so careful with that one. Lemon and matcha are likely not responsible.

Matcha has special egcg. I got mine from sencha tea for years. Good stuff, reduces inflammation. www.healthline.com/nutrition/egcg-epigallocatechin-gallatelemon has vitamin c which can help some stuff, also reduce histamine. Lemon is sort of known for helping liver? I didn't know twinnings made adaptogen tea. That's cool.

Just realize I never posted an update so here it is.
I did come to the conclusion that the tea is helping with my aches and pains. It hasn't completely obliterated them, but I am still drinking it and noticing a difference. It helps less and less as time goes on, but that seems to be true of everything I take. So far the benefits have had a pretty good lifespan relative to my other treatments.
