Hey guys,
What do you guys think will be the future in terms of treatments and studies for Lyme and co-infections?
Would love to hear your thought.

i think at some point we will have to move around the topic of antibiotics over the long term. its just too ineffective.
i see the future of medicine in peptide therapy restoring the immune function so that the body is capable of handling these infections better again. thymosin alpha-1 or ll-37 could be into that direction.

Great points bran! I totally agree, antibiotics do work but it takes forever and we need to be on so many at the same time. And then combine them with herbs and biofilm busters as well. It's not very efficient.
I read something concerning about LL-37 though, it stimulated cancer growth in one study.

I'm open to many different avenues of treatment. Maybe they'll find a better more selective antibiotic. Probably most likely some of the long COVID research will reveal more about what goes wrong with the immune system, then yield possible solutions.
