First of all, I have mild MCAS. My own experiences may not apply to moderate and severe MCAS. Potential herbal / supplemental mastcell stabilisers: - Quercetin - Dihydroquercetin (active for viruses aswell, may cause herx or worsening in sensitive patients) - Black Seed Oil (is anti-inflammatory, is said to target candida aswell, you may feel sensitive to it at first) - Curcumin / Turmeric (caution: MAO-Inhibitor, interferes with most Antidepressants, has immune modulatory effects so you might use with caution) - Boswellia (may surpress th1-immune answers, this may be unwanted) - Lactoferrin (!breaks biofilm!) - L-Theanine - Myrrh - Milk Thistle - Reservertrol (may cause herx) Drug remedies: - Cromoglicic Acid (Cromolyn) food MCAS reactions on food - very helpful for me - Antihistamines (usually block H1 Receptors only, many MCAS patients state however they need H1 aswell as H2 blockage to feel an effect) - H2-Antihistamines: Pepcid is a good example here (caution: pepcid also reduces stomach acid, this might be wanted in reflux but unwanted in candida) - Ketotifen - placeholder - more will follow. In my personal experience Black seed oil, quercetin, dihydroquercetin and cromolyn work pretty well for me but as I stated my MCAS isnt very bad at all. I would be happy if someone with severe MCAS could join in and help me complete this list cheerio

Great list. My MCAS is mild compared to others, but I like luteolin. To be honest, I don't even really know if it's MCAS or just histamine reactions that I have.
